Adapt IT acquires 100% of Micros South Africa

The Micros South Africa executive team is pleased to announce that, effective from 10 May 2017, Adapt IT has acquired 100 percent of Micros South Africa, its intellectual property and all employees, which will now form part of Adapt IT.

Micros South Africa is a targeted acquisition, which is in line with Adapt IT’s strategy of planned acquisitive growth and allows the company to further expand, expand its customer base and solutions set, into the Hospitality industry.

Looking ahead

Going forward, in order to improve operating efficiencies and leverage the Adapt IT brand across industry sectors, Micros South Africa will gradually be assimilated into the Adapt IT identity.

We would like to assure you that Micros South Africa will continue to operate as before, and that you will continue to enjoy the same level of service from our dedicated team of individuals. We will keep you updated throughout the process and take all necessary steps to ensure this process runs as smoothly as possible and does not inconvenience you, our valued customer.
