The winter set menu at both restaurants includes Cream of Corn Soup with Crème Fraiche and Chive Mousse with Truffle Dusted Shoestring Crisps; Panko-Crumbed Deep Fried Smoked Salmon Fishcake with Chilli Aioli, Pineapple Salsa and Cucumber Ribbons; Fillet and Short Rib with Smoked Potato Mash, Pea & Mint Ragout, Onion Petals, Roasted Oyster Mushrooms and Porcini Cream Sauce; King Oyster Mushroom roasted in butter with Gremolata Smoked Potato Mash, Tenderstem Broccoli; Lentil Croquettes and Roasted Cherry Tomatoes; and Spiced Carrot & Caramel Cake with Pecan Nuts and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
The set menu is available for both lunch and dinner daily.
