1 st Course
Grilled halloumi drizzled with a delicate orange Madagascan green peppercorn
thyme sauce plated on granny smith apples.
Accompanied by Rietvallei Chenin Blanc

2nd Course
Grilled shrimp and calamari with a touch of passion fruit topped with a herb salad.
Accompanied by Rietvallei Sauvignon Blanc

3rd Course

Smoked ostrich Carpaccio drizzled with a berry, balsamic and almond oil dressing
dusted with dark chocolate.
   Accompanied by Rietvallei Cinsaut

4th Course
Fillet grilled to chef’s preference drizzled with a sweet aromatic red wine syrup crowned with a mature cheddar parmesan pasta bake
sided with a butter vegetable stir fry.
 Accompanied by Rietvallei JMB Cabernet Franc

5th Course
Toasted Almond Ice-Cream with strawberries macerated in Muscadel
    Accompanied by Rietvallei Muscadel
