CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING IN GAUTENG

The Gauteng Department of Economic Development (GDED) has identified service excellence as a continuous area of investment and focus in the 2018/19 financial year. Based on this it has made funds available for the training of 1000 participants in Customer Service in the Gauteng Province with the aim of improving customer service and ensure service excellence in the tourism industry of Gauteng. The Province has opened the participation to all 5 Regions of Gauteng. The City of Johannesburg through the Department of Economic Development – Tourism Directorate wishes to invite Joburg based tourism products to participate in this initiative for improvement of service excellence in Joburg. Please forward the email to your members for actioning.
Please note the training will be for two (2) days, the date and the venue will be communicated to you once we’ve received the number of participants that can form a class. Each product is requested to identify and select one or two participants, complete the attached form and forward it to : TiyaniMa@joburg.org.za at your earliest convenience.
