Africa’s Big 7 is the only food and beverage trade show in Africa to bring together hundreds of global suppliers with motivated buyers from each segment of the buying community. Africa’s Big 7 is the annual meeting place for food professionals across the continent that visits the source, meet and gain insight into the very latest developments affecting the industry.
The dti will once again be hosting a South African national pavilion at this event to showcase local manufacturing capability in order to boost exports of local products, increase intra-African trade, stimulate discussions on issues impacting the sector’s development and promote partnerships and collaboration. Interested local manufacturers are therefore invited to submit applications to participate in this pavilion.
The following financial support will be offered to qualifying firms:
- Air travel assistance up to R 3,500.00 (only for exhibitors located outside of Gauteng);
- Daily subsistence allowance of R1,200.00 per day (only for exhibitors located outside of Gauteng);
- Freight-forwarding of display materials (only for exhibitors located outside of Gauteng);
- Exhibition space and booth rental costs for all approved exhibitors.
